Product Manager Digital Services

As Digital Services Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and deploying Sidel’s next-generation digital services. You will work across functions - with R&D, marketing, program management, and sales - to ensure Evo-On evolves in line with market expectations and service strategy.Designing and implementing a new business model for Evo-On services.
**Your Mission**:
- **Define and implement the business model for Evo-On**as a service-focused digital product.
- **Structure and develop a standard performance solution**targeting both internal users and external customers.
- **Identify product evolutions**aligned with services strategy and customer needs.
- Position Evo-On as a core digital services offering, with a clear value proposition for the market.
- **Collaborate with the Digital Product team and Program Management** to plan implementation and deployment.
- Monitor product performance: adoption, sales, revenue, and customer feedback.
- In **partnership with the Services Marketing team**:
- Conduct market analysis and assess growth opportunities.
- Build the financial model, including pricing and business case.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategy and promotional activities.
- Support internal stakeholders, especially the Services and Sales teams, in **promoting digital adoption and connectivity**.
- **Stay informed on market trend**s, customer needs, and digital innovations to guide product roadmap.
**Your Profile**:
You hold a **degree in Engineering or Business Administration**and bring **proven experience in product management,** ideally within digital services, SaaS, industrial automation, or IoT environments.
With **strong analytical and strategic thinking skill**s, you combine a hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver results.
You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams.**Fluency in English** is essential, and knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
**Above all, you’re passionate about digital transformation and how technology drives smarter, more efficient industrial services.**
