Global Test Manager

**What you’ll be doing**:
In this strategic role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating during discovery phases to ensure testability and quality from the outset while anticipating potential testing challenges and proposing solutions.
- Defining and implementing global User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-Regression Testing (NRT) strategies across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and real-world user experiences.
- Leading and coordinating global testing activities, establishing best practices for continuous efficiency and improvement, and managing defects effectively.
- Fostering a collaborative culture between local market teams and global delivery centers, acting as a bridge between testing teams, development teams, and business leaders.
- Serving as the key quality advocate, providing structured reporting and insights on test progress, risks, and optimization opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Driving test optimization and automation strategies to enhance validation cycles and eliminate bottlenecks.

**What you’ll bring**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams towards a common testing strategy and engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with an analytical mindset to identify risks and drive resolution while balancing agility with quality.
- Technical expertise in test management methodologies, automation frameworks, and agile testing, with experience optimizing test execution duration and efficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud-based, API-driven, and digital ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and multi-country/global program testing.
- Strong soft skills including cross-cultural communication, relationship building, and flexibility.
