The position of Advanced Project Manager is major at EFI, he/she is a key player in identifying new opportunities and securing new business. The role is also the starting point of a good relationship with customers.
Your mission will be to work closely with the RFQ team (electronics Engineer, Ca, Laboratory, Magnetics, Quality, Industrialization, Purchasing) and to manage the RFI/RFQ process in 3 main steps:
1. Feasibility & cost study
2. Offer to the customer (with the KAM/GAM)
3. Launch project in conjunction with Nominated Project Manager.
Your main Responsabilities:
- PROMOTE EFI’S TECHNOLOGIES AND PRODUCT PORTFOLIO, DEFEND EXISTING PROJECTS AND LOOK FOR NEW OPPORTUNITIES.
- MANAGE THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) PROCESS : PREPARE WITH THE SUPPORT OF EFI’S TECHNICAL TEAM THE MOST APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL ANSWER TO THE CUSTOMERS.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT TO BUILD AND PROPOSE THE CONCERNED EFI ACCOUNT STRATEGY.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH THE GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER / KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (GAM / KAM) TO SECURE NEW BUSINESS AND ACHIEVE THE TURNOVER OBJECTIVES FOR THE GROUP.
- MANAGE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CURRENT AND POTENTIAL EFI’S KEY CUSTOMERS.
- MANAGE THE CUSTOMER’S TECHNICAL QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS.
**Profile**:
You are engineer in mechanical and/or electronic and you have at least 5 years of experience in a sale position. You are fluent in English and you have excellent capacity to listen and dialog.
