The Customer Operations Manager adapts and implements the sales support strategy and provides administrative and commercial support to internal and external customers. He/she defines and implements customer support processes, in order to achieve the expected levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Proactively manages, develops and supervises the sales support team. Maintains and develops relations with internal departments. Regularly interacts with sales departments (sales managers, sales representatives) and technical sales support departments. He/she also has occasional exchanges with customers on identified projects, or in support of the sales assistant if necessary.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Define and implement sales support strategy,
- Develop and manage customer support processes,
- Liaise with sales departments (sales managers, sales representatives, technical sales support),
- Define key objectives and ensure they are achieved by teams,
- Participate in sales support development projects (tools, skills, resources),
- Lead the resolution of customer issues (orders, technical, payment) in coordination with sales, operations, supply chain and other internal and external contacts,
- Coordinate after-sales and/or spare parts teams,
- Supervise inventory planning, from purchase order to customer invoice.
**Your background**:
- At least 4 years' higher education in administrative and commercial management and procurement,
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position,
- Mastery of the Office Suite, as well as reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, and customer management software such as SAP, Salesforce SFDC,
- Fluent English and French required,
- Proven team management skills,
- Skills in management, change management, commercial compliance and reporting,
- Customer focus, autonomy, leadership, interpersonal skills,
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
