**Local Division Manager : Motion - IEC LV Motors M/F/d**:

In this position, you will drive profitable growth strategically through the local representation of the MO Divisions. You will be also responsible for overseeing country operations management of the Local Business Area as well as Motion Divisions, including Marketing and Sales and Execution (Project Management, Service Operations), Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence. Focus and accountabilities vary according to Divisions. You will be reporting to the Lead Motion Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implements the Global Business Area and Divisions’ strategy in the country within the area of responsibility; provides input to Global Business Area and Divisions.
- Ensures development of financial and business performance targets in line with Global Motion and Divisions’ Strategy and ensures achievement through developing and execution plans.
- Evaluates market opportunities in line with Motion and Divisions’ strategy and coordinates activities with other local business and across the region where appropriate.
- Ensures profitable business growth within the local divisions and allocated markets.
- Work closely with Regional and Global Division teams to best utilize resources available and to generate growth opportunities for Motion in allocated markets.
- Develop and sustain a customer-centric culture within the organization and across different teams and functions.
- Implements HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensures a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance. Personally lives the ABB values and Group standards.
- Ensures (with HRBP support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

**Your background**:

- At least B.SC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience of running a front-end marketing and sales operation with full P&L responsibility and demonstrating profitable growth record.
- Strategic P&L knowledge and management Skills.
- Strong background in Automation and Motion business.
- Excellent Market Knowledge and sharp business development skills.
- Strong inclusive leadership profile and skills set.
- Fluent English and French.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
