Our Interiors activity is looking for a **Training & Internal communication Coordinator** for its **international R&D Center** at **Méru**, Oise.

The role of a Training & Development coordinator is to ensure that employees have the skills and competencies to perform their job duties. You’ll have the responsibility of 600 employees’ annual training plan, around 13 000 training hours per year.

Your main missions are:

- Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
- Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
- Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
- Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
- Liaise with our internal Forvia University for deployment & follow-up of corporate training programs.
- Handle legal requirements regarding training.
- Be responsible to manage our daily/weekly internal communication to employees to inform them of the site activity (organization changes, monthly activities etc ).
- Built & deploy our annual internal site communication plan oriented on well-beingness activities, with the objective to propose at least one activity per month.
- Manage and develop HR apprentices.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree with a specialisation in HR
- Ideally 5 years of experience in the training function within a industrial environment
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
- Creative & innovative mindset
- International mind set
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
