Description du poste

Lors de ce stage de 6 mois à pourvoir dès que possible, voici à quoi ressembleront vos journées:
**Dans le cadre du déploiement d’une nouvelle offre de services à destination des artistes (« Artist Services »), Believe recherche un Internal Communication Coordinator. Rattaché à l'équipe « Artist Success » soutenant les « Artist Services », il aura pour missions**:
Collecter et rédiger les articles dans la newsletter du département, les intégrer dans notre outil Mailjet et analyser les KPI's liés aux envois

Ecrire de nouveaux articles liés à notre activité dans notre bibliothèque en ligne de savoir : la Knowledge Base

Participer à l'onboarding des nouvelles recrues de notre service (accès aux outils, calls avec les recrues et accompagnement lors de leur prise de poste).

Contribuer à la création de nouveaux trainings afin de développer les compétences de nos équipes présentes dans plus de 15 pays

**Qualifications**:

- Stage de césure ou de fin d'études (niveau Bac+4/5)
- Excellentes compétences écrites, orales et de présentation
- Capacité à communiquer à tous les niveaux et à produire des supports de communication de haute qualité pour différents types de publics
- Expérience en gestion de projet
- Rigoureux, organisé, autonome, très bon esprit de synthèse, capacité d'adaptation sur des sujets très variés
- Anglais indispensable
- Bonnes connaissances en Excel et Powerpoint.
