You join AEW as a Residential Asset Manager. Your role is to manage an asset portfolio independently under the supervision of the Director, Residential and Hospitality Asset Management. In parallel, you are also responsible for construction monitoring in collaboration with the technical team (sales, control and reporting).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

- Define the strategy and action plans for each managed building;
- Determine the appropriate rental management policy to optimize the flow generated by real estate assets;
- Implement marketing, renewal or renegotiation objectives of leases;
- Specify the investment policy in terms of repositioning and restructuring assets;
- Control the operating budget and ensure the technical management of buildings.

As an Asset Manager in the Residential sector, you work with all AEW teams: portfolio management, fund management, property management, legal, investment and technical departments.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

You are familiar with:

- Types of residential assets;
- Financial analysis and real estate.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Recognized for your entrepreneurial and commercial spirit;

- Able to deliver results and meet customer expectations.

You master English with a B2 level.
