Your main duty is ensuring each guest leaves feeling pampered and unique.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Providing exceptional guest service**: This includes greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery, and attending to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- **Knowledge of food and beverage menus**: Being able to answer guest questions about menu items, offer recommendations, and explain daily specials.
- **Working effectively as part of a team**: Collaborating with colleagues in the kitchen and dining area to ensure smooth service and a positive dining atmosphere.
- **Uphold the exceptional standards of service synonymous with The iNUA Collection brand**: Demonstrating a willingness to learn, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing a memorable experience for all guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel or Cruise Ship setting.
- Strong Food & Beverage skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
