As Director of Food & Beverage, you will orchestrate the hotel’s culinary narrative—leading _Akira Back_, _Bar 1929_, in-room dining, and bespoke events with precision, creativity, and grace.

**Your Story So Far**
- Proven leadership in luxury food & beverage operations, ideally within iconic or heritage properties.
- Strong commercial acumen and a refined understanding of guest expectations in a luxury environment.
- A natural mentor with a collaborative spirit and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
