Collaborating closely with our sales force and creation team, you will drive marketing efforts, translating trends and consumer insights into captivating fragrance solutions. **Your mission**
- Lead the marketing support to Prestige regional customers, working hand in hand with our sales force and creation team
- Translate relevant trends, marketing & consumer insights into inspiring fragrance solutions
- Support growth strategies and contribute to our differentiation along the creation process, leveraging perfumer inspiration, reason to believe, market insights, consumer insights, trends expertise, ingredients storytelling and innovation capabilities
- Identify with sales/creation teams future opportunities to develop business and design action plan, proactively support our customers in thinking the future in coherence with their DNA
- Continuously develop expertise including collaborating with technical/innovation/expert teams
- Identify relevant “hot” topics to explore and lead as transversal initiatives, contribute to setting strategies and action plans to achieve objectives with the Marketing Director and team

**You bring**
- Degree in Marketing, Social Science, business administration or equivalent.
- 5-10 years related experience within the perfumery or beauty companies
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives
- Leading through vision & values, ability to work in a fast changing environment
- Passion and curiosity for fragrance, innovation and entrepreneurship
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
