Apprentice - cost controller Global Prestige Division

The Role
The apprentice will be responsible for non-people costs management for global marketing, chief commercial officer team, Prestige Finance and HR Paris.

Main Responsibilities
Lead Actuals month end close process (Journal Entries Booking, understand/anticipate gaps vs. AOP in collaboration with global teams, communicate the results to top management etc.)
Build full year budget and forecasts with key stakeholders in line with the company targets
Act as FP&A Support during Monthly Performance review preparation that will be delivered to Prestige CFO
Adhoc analysis and continuous improvement around data accuracy, Power BI enhancement and cost efficiency.

What you will bring
In the process of getting a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting preferred or equivalent (not essential)
Analytical thinking, strong ownership to take initiative and to drive action and results
High standard of accuracy and precision; highly organized; good operational discipline
Self-motivated, high level of transparency and integrity, enjoy working in fast evolving business environment
Self-starter, proactive, solution-oriented and has own it, drive in mentality
You will be evolving in an international environment, as a result, English is required.
