We are looking for a Marketing Group Manager Prestige Skincare for the French market to be part of Coty’s exciting journey to grow and become a true game changer in Prestige Skincare.

ABOUT COTY
Coty is a world leader in beauty and home to an illustrious roster of cosmetic, skincare and fragrance brands. Our two divisions - Coty Consumer and Coty Prestige - build a varied portfolio of iconic global brands as well as much loved regional brands. Coty Prestige focuses on prestige fragrance, prestige cosmetics and skincare with brands including BOSS, Chloé, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Burberry, Lancaster & Orveda while Coty Consumer focuses on mass color cosmetics, body care and mass fragrances with brands including Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois and Sally Hansen.
THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
**YOU**:
Lead the strategic development of Coty’s skincare portfolio on the French market
Manage, coach & inspire Skincare Marketing / Trade marketing team
Responsible for the Skincare portfolio P&L building + management and target achievement
Build annual and 3Y strategic plans with an appropriate P&L approach and strategic vision
Recommend & build distribution strategy according to brands ‘objectives, visions and ambitions
Define and coordinate a winning 4Ps strategies and in-store action plans to deliver profitable growth on the brand portfolio for the local French market.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration (with local teams: PR/IM, sales, finance, supplyand global ones: commercial, marketing, CRM ) ensuring perfect execution and winning plans in-store & on-line
Work hand in hand with global teams to adapt global innovations calendar & brand strategy to the French market specificities
Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions, and generate stronger productivity per door
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for brand development, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Monitor/analyze market trends, customer insights & trends, marketing best practices and brand performance to build successful strategies
Manage France Skincare / Retail CRM program
Identify new growth opportunities in sell-in, market share and sell-out
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 6/7 years of Operational Marketing/Trade Marketing in the skincare category
Retail experience in prestige skincare (flagships & standalone boutiques management) is a must
Management skills
Brand management, out-of-the-box thinking, strategic planning
Proficiency with online marketing, social media strategy and CRM
Ownership, result & solution-oriented mindset, dynamism, leadership and strong interpersonal & collaborative skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Business-oriented, initiative-driven, positive mindset and client-focused approach
Fluent French and English
