REVEAL, the GUERLAIN Graduate Program is an international fast-track career program with the aim of developing future leaders with the capacity to transform the business in the field of Marketing, Retail & Digital.
This accelerated 30-month development program provides exposure to both HQ and key markets in France and abroad and will allow you to extend your professional network.
**Job responsibilities**:

The journey will be divided in 3 key steps:
- 12-month in an Operational Marketing position, within our Travel Retail Division, top 5 markets for Guerlain.
You will ensure the proper deployment and seamless execution of activation plans in the markets of your area, and will be the key touchpoint of reference for Brand Marketing (3 axis) and 360 contributors (communication, education, merchandising, digital,...)
- 12-month in a Retail Management position, within our team in Paris or in one of our Markets.
You will be responsible, on the field, for developing the commercial activity of Maison Guerlain and animating the Beauty Consultant community within a specific scope.
- 6-month in an Analytics position, within our team in Paris or in one of our Markets.
To adopt a strategic business vision, you will hold a position within our various 'Business Intelligence’ teams and develop your skills in both data consolidation and analysis.
At the end of this track, you’ll be taking a full-time International Operational Marketing Project Manager position in our International Operational Marketing Direction at the HQ in Paris.
**Profile**:
Your profile:
- You’re holding a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty and have 0-3 years maximum of experience in retail or Operational Marketing positions (in the luxury/beauty field would be a plus).
- You have a strong affinity for Project management to lead international operational marketing campaigns
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish effective working relationships with external partners.
- You have an excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury cosmetics sector.
- You are thoroughly autonomous and organized so you can manage proactively all your missions and tasks, with a high attention to details.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and have a growth culture and mindset.
- You are fluent FR-ENG and can definitely work in both languages.

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
