**Job responsibilities**:
The journey will be divided in 2 key steps:

- 6-month in a Retail position in one of our more exclusive French point of sales.

You’ll be in charge of managing all daily activities of the boutique, assisting the Store Manager on both strategic and operational levels. Therefore, you’ll be responsible of maintaining selling and visual merchandising floor standards, communicating promotional event information to maximize results and identifying issues and opportunities based on customer feedback.
- 12-month in an Operational Marketing position, abroad in one of our key markets.

You’ll be working on the alignment and implementation on your market of the strong 360° marketing strategy supporting the product launch plans (trade, media, CRM ), while ensuring consistency & protection of Brands image, and ultimately achieve business goals.

At the end of this track, you’ll be taking a full-time Brand Product development Manager position, in one of our 3 axis: Skincare, Perfume of Makeup.

Your profile:

- You’re holding a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty and have 0-3 years maximum of experience on Marketing positions (in the luxury/beauty field would be a plus).
- You are creative, innovative and able to think and share strong concepts and brand storytelling.
- You are thoroughly autonomous and organized so you can manage proactively all your missions and tasks, with a high attention to details.
- You are agile, curious and team-player.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and have a growth culture and mindset.**Additional information**:

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
