**Job responsibilities**:
The journey will be divided in 3 key steps:
**6**-month**in**a**Financial Controlling position**,**within**our HQ Finance team**
- You will drive the profitability and financial performance of a strategic business axis by overseeing business plans, budget control, margin and investment and analysis, while supporting operational teams in decision-making processes

**6**-month**in a Consolidation & Reporting position, in France working in direct contact with our Markets**
- You will be responsible for the consolidation and reliability of financial data for Guerlain, support and coordinate the network of subsidiaries to ensure the quality of reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with internal finance teams and the LVMH Group

**1**2**-month**in an Analytics position, within**one of our Markets (VIE)**
- You will provide Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling for one of Guerlain’s top markets

**At the end of this track, you’ll be taking a full-time**senior Controller role in our Finance team in Paris**

**Profile**:
**Your**profile**:

- You’re holding a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty and have 2-3 years of experience in Financial positions.
- You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish effective working relationships with external partners.
- You have an excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury cosmetics sector.
- You are thoroughly autonomous and organized so you can manage proactively all your missions and tasks, with a high attention to details.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart and have a growth culture and mindset.You are fluent FR-ENG and can definitely work in both languages.**Deadline to apply**:June 9th**, 202**5**.**

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
