**Responsibilities**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- software and hardware support of European users
- the reception of remote users and the resolution of their IT problems by telephone
- on-site live interventions with our sedentary employees
- support ticket management in our call tracking tool (Servicenow)
- all actions necessary for the proper functioning of the company’s IT tools
**Qualifications**
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- bilingual French-English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (French BAC + 2/3 level, BTS or DUT), specialized in networking and systems
- experience in technical support level 1 and 2
- passionate about IT
- motivated
- autonomous but driven by a team spirit
- customer-oriented
**TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Windows 7 & 10,
- Pack Office (2010, 2016, Office 365),
- Remote Desktop, VNC,
- Cisco VPN,
- Ethernet networks and TCP-IP protocol,
- Microsoft / Active Directory Domains,
- Administration VOIP (Avaya),
- Backup tools (Backup Exec, Veeam).
