**About us**:
Blobr was created in 2020 by Alex who felt like there was a lack of good, solid, easy to use solutions for companies to expose and share APIs and as a result, communicate about their data. With Max, they created a No Code solution, making it easy for everyone to share and monetize their API, with the idea that streamlining and speeding up the whole data exchange process would contribute towards building a smarter, more transparent world.

**The Business** **Team**:
At this stage the Sales team is a one band band with Georges, our Head of Sales. So you will be the first member of a fast growing team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Drive the on-boarding, adoption, value realization and retention of our customers
- Identify opportunities to expand our partnership with customers
- Manage renewals
- Provide product guidance through regular touchpoints
- Gather and share best practices
- Gather customer product feedback to help defining the product roadmap
- Ensure all account issues are quickly resolved
- Analyze churn
- Engage customers into co-writing customer stories
- Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives by contributing to the sales pipeline
- Challenge our way of working, bring new ideas, suggest processes and tools

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least 3+ years in a Customer Success, or Support role for a SaaS company
- Fluent English
- Experience with APIs or enough technical background for a quick rampup
- Strong sense of customer satisfaction
- Analytical skills

**Interview Process**:

- 30 min video call with Alex
- 1 hour technical interview with Georges, Head of Sales
- 45 min culture interview with the Product Team
- 30 min call with Georges, Head of Sales
