Talent Acquisition and HR Projects Manager

**QUEL SERAIT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN CHEZ MANGO?**

**MISSION**

Le Talent Acquisition Manager est le réfèrent du pays en matière d’attractivité de Mango France sur le marché du retail pour les collaborateurs et futurs collaborateurs.

**RECRUTEMENT**
- En partenariat avec la Direction People et Retail, vous mettez en place une stratégie de recrutement ambitieuse et adaptée, en priorisant les populations managers,
- Vous gérez l’équipe recrutement et faites monter les collaborateurs en compétences,
- Vous formez les opérationnels RH aux techniques modernes de recrutement,
- Vous suivez de près les KPIs recrutement tels que, le nombre de postes ouverts, la durée moyenne des vacances, la validation des périodes d’essai, la rotation,
- Vous êtes le point de contact avec l’ensemble des joboards actuels et futurs,

**EMPLOYER BRANDING**
- En collaboration avec le département Employeur Branding au siège en Espagne, vous proposez une stratégie locale visant à booster la visibilité de l’enseigne,
- Vous benchmarkez le marché pour mieux adapter vos propositions,
- Vous êtes le point de contact des partenaires externes,
- Vous mesurez ses actions,
- Vous communiquez efficacement en externe, en respectant les normes corporate,

**COMMUNICATION INTERNE**
- Vous gérez le stagiaire en communication interne et le faites monter en compétences,
- Vous actualisez le calendrier de communication interne afin de répondre aux besoins du retail et du siège,
- Vous faites preuve d’ingéniosité pour toucher le plus grand nombre de collaborateurs par vos communications,
- Vous leadez les projets de développement.

**REPORTING**
- Vous reportez directement à la DRH France.

**PROFIL**

Idéalement issu du terrain vous connaissez les codes du retail.

Fort d’une expérience significative en cabinet de recrutement/Chasse, vous souhaitez mettre au service d’un client final vos compétences tout en élargissant votre éventail de missions.

Vous parlez couramment anglais, l’espagnol serait un plus.

Vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes désireux de transmettre, de vous élever autant que d’élever vos collaborateurs.

Vous êtes curieux, ingénieux et créatif.

Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements ponctuels en France et à l’étranger.
