**Entity and activity description**
We are entering in Europe a new phase of our HR Transformation model that aims todeliver **the best and consistent experience**to all employees, developing & executing leading common practices, processes, ways of working enhanced by new tools.
Within this new operating model, shared HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) in Europe will be created and will support this transformation, offering best in class HR service to our business.
A European CoE will be created dedicatedto Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates pooling with talented TA members covering several geographies and several business units across our 20 countries.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Manager (W/M) located in Paris (France) to enable and facilitate the Talent Acquisition Projects to transform the function.
The main mission will be to ensure the deployment of our ATS (Workday) in Europe, assuring the ramp-up of the CoE with the appropriate branding, way of communication and documentation of all the activities, processes and policies.
**Missions and Responsibilities**
In coordination with local HR in Europe and TA community, the TA Project Manager will work on different topics:
1)**Project Management**:
- Track and facilitate the key projects of the TA Transformation journey and Group initiatives (Workday follow up, Recruitment training, TA process standardization, onboarding policy, TA KPIs and SLA’s monitoring, reports and statistics, TA Vendors harmonization and implementation (RFP), Service Cost allocation management ).
- Lead directly a major project under way at the moment.
- Build TA Projects follow-up governance & ways of working.
- Create the Culture of HR data and develops TR Analytics solutions.
- Ensure connections with the other CoEs, BSC and Stakeholders.
2) **Communication**:
- Support the CoE TA Branding, Communication, Team events and Trainings, acting as change being a change agent and facilitator among the TA CoE team.
- Create a TA intranet portal with materials & community animation complementary to the Group TA intranet.
3) **Process and documentation**
- Promote a C-IMP approach and ensure a high level of quality delivery of the TA activities.
- Build and keep updated all the process descriptions & documentation of the TA activities.
- ensure the Knowledge base for Service Now is accurate and updated.
4) **Governance & accountability**
- Qualifiy, references and regularly assesses TA providers' performance.

- Experience in HRIS technologies is a plus
