**MISSION**:
By joining the CMA CGM Academy, you become part of a team of passionate employees who are reinventing themselves around an ambitious goal for the group. As a Training Manager, you are part of the Academy's Back Office team. You deploy all learning solutions within your scope to meet our clients' needs, in compliance with training legislation, HR policy, and the allocated budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You select and implement individual and collective learning solutions developed internally or purchased from external providers.
You organize evaluation and debriefing sessions for internal and external speakers.
**You deploy complex solutions internationally**: multi-training, multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency. You propose the most appropriate deployment methods (100% online or blended, internal or external trainers, etc.), implement them, and create the necessary reports to meet client needs. You manage each deployment as a project in coordination with Academy teams, internal clients, trainers, and international HR.
You book rooms, manage educational materials, and send invitations to trainees and internal/external trainers.
**You manage administrative tasks**: data entry into the HRIS, contract management, invoice payment.
You ensure the quality of solutions through hot and cold evaluations and regular interactions with participants, HRBPs, and speakers.
You produce and monitor Academy indicators.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
You are client-oriented, know how to prioritize, and have an eye for detail. You have demonstrated your autonomy, rigor, and proactivity. You enjoy working in a team and can establish a trustful relationship with your daily contacts in an international environment.
You know how to manage complex projects.
You are proficient in office software.
Your written and spoken English & French are fluent.
