**MISSION**: Within TANGRAM, the center of excellence for training and innovation to create sustainable transport and logistics for tomorrow, you will join the Front Office team of the ACADEMY. As the primary contact for business unit managers, you will develop, in collaboration with leading French and international schools and universities, individual and collective learning and development solutions tailored to the high potentials, experts, and managers of the CMA CGM Group. You will work closely with the Back Office for the implementation of these solutions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Front Office missions are cross-functional across all scopes. Therefore, it is expected that each Learning & Development Expert supports their colleagues when appropriate. Their responsibilities include:
Working closely with Human Resources on analyzing the needs of target populations.

Listening to, challenging, and structuring the development needs of business unit managers.

Drafting specifications and launching a call for tenders in partnership with the procurement team, selecting among leading schools and universities the providers that meet price/quality criteria.

Collaborating on project management and overseeing complex training projects, ensuring the follow-up of design and production.

Being a driving force in developing innovative synchronous and asynchronous pedagogical approaches.

**Participating in the development of content**: materials for trainers and participants.

Drafting the necessary communication materials.

Identifying, evaluating, training, and managing a network of internal and external speakers.

Constantly evaluating the implemented learning solutions and evolving them.

Facilitating part of the solutions responding to expressed needs when necessary.

**PROFILE AND SKILLS**: With a higher education degree (Master's level), you have solid professional experience in training, facilitation, and coaching, as well as collaboration with major training institutions. Your listening, questioning, analytical, and synthesis skills allow you to precisely define needs. You are comfortable with both top management and operational teams. You are proactive and skilled in negotiation and persuasion techniques. Your creativity, pedagogy, and ability to work in a team and project mode ensure the delivery of innovative, pragmatic, and client-oriented solutions. Recognized by your peers, you know how to use your relational talent to develop your network and manage complex situations on a wide variety of topics. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
