**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Growth Specialist/Growth Hacker to lead growth initiatives in the French and South European markets (Spain, Italy, etc.) and support the UK market. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and identifying new growth channels across B2B segments. You’ll work closely with the Digital and Growth Lead to design and execute data-driven growth campaigns that resonate with specific target markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
Growth Strategy
- Collaborate with the Digital and Growth Lead to develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the French, South European, and UK markets.
- Leverage data, user behavior insights, and market research to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
- Identify and test new growth channels, including outreach, partnerships, content marketing, paid ads, SEO, and referral programs.
Market-Specific Campaigns
- Create and manage growth initiatives tailored to specific market needs, including various B2B sectors such as Fleets, Rental, Leasing, and Dealers.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns that engage users across the entire sales funnel, from awareness to advocacy with a strong focus on conversion.
- Adapt growth tactics to cultural and business norms of each market to ensure maximum impact.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Set up experiments and conduct A/B testing, user segmentation, and customer journey mapping to continually optimize digital channels (including landing pages) and customer experiences.
- Use data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Share insights with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to refine product offerings and user engagement strategies.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Implement customer acquisition campaigns using a mix of paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer retention through personalized messaging, automated marketing, and user onboarding improvements.
- Support customer referral programs and loyalty initiatives to drive organic growth.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with Content and Creative Team to design content for campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Support to align growth efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
**Qualifications**
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within B2B environments.
- Proven track record of driving growth in the French, South European, or UK markets.
- Experience working with International teams and across multiple industries, particularly within automotive, tech, fleet management, telematics, or related fields is a strong plus.
**Skills**:
- Ability to understand and translate the challenges that our customers are facing
- Managing budgets
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRUSH.
- Experience in Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Languages
- Bilingual in French and English is required. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is a strong plus.
