Aneo, agence de conseil fondée en 2002, qui accompagne les entreprises dans leurs transformations organisationnelles et digitales, est à la recherche de **Consultant(e)s PMO** pour étoffer sa communauté pilotage.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- **Diagnostic de maturité** des projets et portefeuilles
- **Structuration de la** **gouvernance** (définir et mettre en place la comitologie et les processus)
- **Participation aux comités **(direction projets, performance)
- **Construction et suivi des reportings** : coûts, délais, qualité, valeurs et risques
- **Accompagner le changement** des équipes concernées
- **Conception et déploiement de programmes de formation**:

- **Communication** (assurer la bonne information de toutes les parties prenantes)

Le plus ANEO:
Prérequis du Poste:

- **3 ans d’expérience minimum en CDI** dans le poste de PMO idéalement dans l’IT
- Ouverture, curiosité, **sens du collectif** sont des qualités qui résonnent en vous
- Vous êtes sensible aux **méthodes agiles et/aux approches usercentric**:

- Vous **maîtrisez un de ces outils** : Clarity, Planisware, Sciforma, Jira, Powerpoint
- Vous êtes sensible aux **enjeux RSE**:

- Vous parlez **français** et **anglais**

- Fourchette de rémunération proposée, **selon profil : 45K - 70K**:

- Notre siège est basé à **Boulogne Billancourt**, nos clients sont principalement en IDF
- 2 jours de télétravail possible
- Parcours de recrutement : 1er échange RH / 2ème échange avec un(e) business manager / 3ème échange avec un(e) consultant(e) ou un Directeur(rice) pour un échange un peu plus technique et un cas pratique
