Branding Agency Manager, Large Customer Sales

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working in a comparable position in the online advertising industry working with advertising agencies.
- Expertise in branding advertising with YouTube.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, project management, investigative and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively convey them to an expert audience.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual business goals by proactively identifying sales opportunities and driving adoption of YouTube and branding advertising solutions within our Agencies and Partners.
- Develop Sales Strategies and Proposals, Create compelling, data-driven sales presentations and proposals tailored to client and agency needs, showcasing the power and effectiveness of YouTube and Display and Video (DV) advertising.
- Identify growth opportunities for YouTube (client and agency levels) as well as develop and strengthen relationships with programmatic and multi screen teams at agency.
- Manage day-to-day selling at agencies and pitch agencies on how to buy YouTube through all buying doors (Google Ads, DV360).
