Corston Architectural Detail was established by a team of creative designers and engineers with a shared vision to create hand finished architectural details that flow seamlessly from room to room. Our coordinating collections of solid brass switches, sockets, hardware and lighting are made to last.
We’ve grown quickly and seen huge success in our first four years in the UK. And we’ve got ambitious plans to enter more and more new markets. The key to our success lies in our high-quality products and outstanding customer service and operations team who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way.
Since launching in the French market two years ago, we have experienced an exceptional start, marked by the opening of our very first Corston store in the iconic Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the heart of Paris’ interior design district.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to introduce customers to Corston and support the growth of our presence in France as a Sales Executive. Reporting to the Showroom and Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of Corston France as we continue to build strong relationships with our trade partners and showcase our beautifully crafted collections.
We’re looking for someone with high energy, outbound sales experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences who can hit the ground running. You’ll be passionate about design, hungry to drive growth, and ready to be part of an exciting journey as we establish Corston France as a leading interior company.
You’ll be responsible for introducing new trade customers to Corston through outbound outreach, supporting inbound enquiries, and ensuring a first-class experience for our Trade (B2B) customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads, establish, and maintain strong relationships with customers within the French market
- Develop and implement a strategic outbound sales plan to grow the trade customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within France
- Call existing customers and explore new opportunities to collaborate on projects
- Build and nurture reseller accounts
- Collaborate with showroom staff to maximise inbound sales opportunities and drive team motivation
- Support and develop other French speaking markets within Europe
Your skills, qualities and experience
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
- Pipeline experience HubSpot or Sales Force
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French essential
- Experience working in the interior design industry desirable
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
- The ability to build strong relationships with direct reports and customers
