We’re hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager – France Tongyu is a global leader in wireless antenna solutions with nearly three decades of experience supporting mobile networks worldwide. We are strengthening our European team and looking for a hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our business in France.If you know how French mobile operators buy, what drives their buying decisions, and how to turn relationships into long-term wins, we’d love to talk.What you’ll doOwn and grow Tongyu’s business with mobile network operator customers in FranceDrive new opportunities from early engagement through RFQ/RFI/RFP completionBuild strong multi-level relationships across technical, sourcing, and executive stakeholdersDevelop and execute account plans that translate market needs into clear sales actionsCreate demand beyond formal tenders by promoting Tongyu’s capabilities and roadmapLead customer presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussionsCoordinate internal teams to deliver competitive proposals and successful project launchesTrack market and competitor activity, and share insights to shape strategy and offeringsWhat you bring5+ years of experience selling RAN-related technical solutions to mobile network operators (antennas, radio equipment, RF solutions, or similar)Proven success in new account development and complex B2B sales cyclesStrong network and credibility in the French mobile ecosystemAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver without daily directionComfortable operating across both technical and commercial conversationsFluency in French and business-level EnglishEngineering/RF/Product background is a plusWhy Tongyu?Join a globally recognized innovator in antenna technology.
