**What you'll do**:

- Lead the Recruitment process from A to Z
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Create Interview kits and scorecards
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Onboard and train our Hiring Managers on best recruitment practices
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process

**Who you are / preferred experience**:

- You’re fluent in French and English both writing and reading
- You already have a recruiting experience (Tech and/or Business) in a fast growing environment
- You like data and monitor your activity with the right KPIs
