**What is the role of a Compliance Officer at Fipto?**:
You will work hand in hand with the Head of Compliance, and closely with the operations team, the product team and the sales team to define and implement a rigorous compliance policy.

You will directly report our Head of Compliance.

**Some of your missions**:

- Day-to-day management, review, and control of the Compliance tasks (onboarding, daily sanctions screening, investment due diligences...)
- Developing the LoD2 (2nd line of defense) framework and policies.
- Developing compliance policies and audit program procedures.
- Focusing on internal compliance policy review, including ongoing assessments, assisting with compliance reviews, internal audit reviews and ongoing or ad hoc reviews.
- Analyzing and monitoring the applicable national and international regulatory environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Collaborating with other departments on special projects and special compliance projects as necessary.

**Your future team**:
Fipto has around forty people working in 3 main areas:

- a Product/Operations team of 4 people
- a twenty-strong Tech team
- and a 4-strong Sales team

For this position, you will be the direct sparring partner of our Head of Compliance

**About You**:

- Graduated with a Master Degree in Compliance, Business, or Legal, you already have 3+ years working in a regulated industry, consultancy, or law firm.
- You have a strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements (more specifically France, Luxembourg)
- You are self-motivated and a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to connect easily
- You’re a team player
- You're organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your actions;
- You like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to the problems you encounter.
- You are fluent in **French** and **English**.
- A crypto knowledge will be a plus

**Recruitment Process**:

- Initial HR screening call with Sandra, Head of People and Culture (45 minutes, phone)
- Case study _(to prepare at home in 2h)_
- Debrief interview with our Head of Compliance (1h, video)
- Final Interview with one of our co-founder (45 minutes, video or at the office)
