Senior Netsuite Administrator

We are seeking an experienced **NetSuite Administrator** to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is critical to ensuring that our business systems align with organizational needs, scale with growth, and empower teams through consistent and reliable data by implementing efficient processes.

**This position can based from our Lyon or Sophia-Antipolis Office, with flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote schedule.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and access controls.
- Configure custom fields, records, workflows, and forms to support business requirements.
- Partner with Finance, Operations Technology/IT, and other departments to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions and maintain quality data across the system.
- Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making.
- Implement automation and workflow enhancements to improve system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain sandbox environments for testing and development.
- Coordinate with NetSuite support and partners for escalations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Support Information Systems audit and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO, etc. as applicable).
- Maintain security best practices and enforce data governance policies.
- Provide day-to-day support and training for end-users.
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources.
- Provide support for Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) for ongoing configuration management and key business change.
- Implement NetSuite customizations through SuiteScript as needed to accelerate the business. (strong preferred)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Proficiency with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches.
- Knowledge of SuiteScript (strongly preferred).
- Experience with integrations (Celigo, Boomi, or similar middleware).
- Strong understanding of accounting/finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition).
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a SaaS, manufacturing, or technology environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English language skills

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience working in an international company
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field
- NetSuite Administrator Certification(s)
