At Europea Residences, we are a dynamic company specializing in the management of apartments for short
- and medium-term stays in Brussels and Paris. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we provide seamless experiences for both our guests and partners. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated **Executive Assistant** to support our operations in Paris.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team, including accounting, billings, and relationship with Paris and Bruxelles administration
- **Communication Management**: Act as a liaison between the management team ( 1 director ) and internal/external stakeholders ( 3 investors ), ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update booking and operations databases, ensuring accurate records for reporting and analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or accounting field, preferably in the hospitality / property management / Art / finance / accounting / sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. A person who likes figures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French required).
- Ability to work independently at home. Someone of trust. We believe in trust more than control, in horizontal hierarchy more than vertical one.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
**What We Offer**:
- 10-15 hours fix per week mission. Perfect for a freelance who wants more work but with stability and fix amount of hour per week.
- 22-26€/h depending your experience

Pay: From 17,000.00€ per year
