Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments
- Partner closely with organization lead admins
- Communicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross functional partners
- General office duties as needed
- 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
- 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives
- 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluency in French and English to interact successfully with local and global partners in support of site leads, directors, and the country director
- Experience as the Executive Administrative Assistant supporting multiple directors, a site lead, and the director of a country or large region (supporting/managing community engagement, cross functional links, etc.) will be considered advantageous
- Experience supporting site leads or similar in the French regional markets
- Recent experience acting as the liaison to scheduling, information chains, and similar for one or more executives
- Recent experience in Project Management
