**Your Role**
We're on the lookout for a top-notch Lead QA Automation Engineer to join our unstoppable Product team and help us drive our success from our offices in Paris and San Francisco. As a key member of our team, you'll use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and lead customer engagements that result in automated tests and valuable input for our product teams.
As a Lead QA Automation Engineer, you'll be a critical thinker with a natural curiosity to learn about our customers' businesses. You'll use your skills to extract user scenarios from conversations and data, then translate your findings into comprehensive test plans that you'll automate. You'll have a strong quality mindset and be committed to ensuring our customers receive only the best deliverables.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Developing and implementing the company's QA strategy, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards
- Leading and supporting a team of QA specialists, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Product and Engineering, to align QA efforts with business objectives
- Driving the development of new testing methodologies and tools, bringing innovative ideas to the table
- Keeping up with the latest QA trends and best practices and ensuring the company is using the best techniques for its needs
**You will bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- 10 years+ of software engineering, quality assurance
- A proven track record of success in leading QA team
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, is a plus
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English
