**Job Description**:
Hydrafacial recrute un Chargé de recouvrement qui, dans un esprit de service à la clientèle, aura la responsabilité d'interagir avec les clients et de faire des recherches sur les transactions afin de résoudre leurs problèmes et de satisfaire leurs besoins, tout en recouvrant les paiements.

VOICI CE QUE VOUS FEREZ:
- Contrôler l'ancienneté des soldes des clients nationaux et internationaux afin d'identifier les dettes impayées et de contacter les clients pour recouvrer les soldes dus.- Identifier les signes d'alerte financière et informer la direction des clients présentant ces indicateurs.- Maintenir des notes sur les clients pour les activités de recouvrement et de résolution des litiges.- Rendre compte à la direction de l'activité de recouvrement et de l'état des soldes en difficulté.

VOICI CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ À CE POSTE:
- Formation supérieure en comptabilité ou en finance- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le recouvrement de gros volumes commerciaux, dans une entreprise de vente en gros.- Connaissance intermédiaire à avancée d'Excel et d'autres outils MS Office- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, y compris la négociation, la résolution de conflits, la patience et la gestion du stress.

Hydrafacial is hiring a Collections Specialist who will have the responsibility of interacting with customers and researching transactions to resolve their issues and satisfy their needs while collecting payment with a customer service mindset.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Monitor aging for domestic and international customers’ balances to identify outstanding debts and contact them to collect the balances owed.- Identify financial warning signs and notify management of customers exhibiting those indicators.- Maintain customer notes for collection and dispute resolution activity.- Report to management on collection activity and status of overdue balances.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Post-high school education in Accounting or Finance- At least 2 years of experience with high volume commercial collections at a wholesale business- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, patience, and stress management
