Reporting to the Head of the Finance Department of our customer, the Cash Collection Specialist will be responsible for collecting receivables from their customers.
- In collaboration with the Accounting Team and the Account Managers of the various markets, the Cash Collections Specialist is responsible for:

- Identifying partners who fail to meet contractual payment deadlines
- Selecting appropriate reminder protocols
- Improving reactivation times due to late payment
- Reporting on the performance of collection activities
- Suggesting improvements to existing tools and processes
- Minimum 2 years higher education (BAC+2)
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections (BtoB or BtoC)
- Excellent command of office automation tools (Google suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Bilingual English - French
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Comfortable with figures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
- Tenacity and pugnacity
- Ability to make proposals
