We are currently looking for a **Client Manager, Corporate Partnerships **to join the team within the **Executive Education department (EDP) **in our **Fontainebleau **campus.
and support 2 portfolios.
**Key responsibilities of this role will inc **lude**:
**Manage existing Client relationships**:
- Nurture highly professional client relationships with existing clients with a solution-orientated mindset, managing sales processes end-to-end, often stretched out over long periods of time and running in parallel, at different stages of the “sales cycle” for a variety of different clients with different needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, faculty and our operations and online teams regarding aspects of client delivery (from pre
- to during and post programme follow up).
- This requires to develop knowledge about existing clients, industries, L&D functions, stakeholders on the client side and an understanding about the custom programme design, high level knowledge on content and how we deliver programmes (mechanisms).
- Contribute to the seamless management of the increasingly complex delivery of multi-modular blended programmes whilst ensuring consistency with coordination and program manager handover.
- Process the administrative and contractual aspects of custom programmes, requiring liaising with legal and data protection officers internally and with various stakeholders on the client side.
- Coordinate the involvement of other internal stakeholders such as EDP operations, INSEAD Executive Coaching, online and faculty.
- Contribute to the analysis of programme feedback and other aspects of programme follow up to help ensure continuous quality improvements are practiced.
- Work with the Online and OEP team to ensure large bookings via HR group OEP relationships.
- Over time, increasingly develop knowledge on INSEAD faculty areas of expertise, programme designs, pedagogical approaches, delivery mechanisms.
**Support with Business Development Efforts**:
- Support the sales process for new business:
- Contribute to proposals writing for new and existing clients, help prepare responses to RFPs, often involving a variety of purchasing client platforms.
- Contribute to the growth of the portfolio(s) by exploring new opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the (Senior) Director(s) of Corporate Partnerships.
- At demand, manage loyalty schemes for organisations, in the area of Open Enrollment Programmes (OEP).
- Overall, contributing to the portfolio and global team sharing and take on specific projects to manage.
**To succeed in the role you will need the following skills and experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree level education minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a client facing role or business environment.
- Good level of interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation.
- Highly organized administrator, able to multi-task with attention to details.
- Experience of managing client relationships together with the maturity to be one of the key contacts for certain clients.
- Project management experience with elements such as managing timelines, setting milestones, tracking progression.
- English mother tongue or a completely fluent level is a must (strong writing and communication skills).
- Fluent level of Spanish or/and Italian would be a plus.
- An ability to remain highly professional when under pressure and to deal effectively with demanding clients.
- Good communication skills with multiple stakeholders, including faculty members.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
- CRM/Salesforce experience would be a plus.
