**Programme Manager, Executive Degrees**

The Degree Programmes department at INSEAD oversees the design and delivery of the school's world-class academic programs, including the MBA, Executive MBA, and Master’s degrees. It ensures a high-quality learning experience, fostering leadership and global perspectives among students.

INSEAD is seeking a **Programme Manager, Executive Degrees**to join our Degree Programmes department. This is a **full-time, contract position**based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France**. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

**About the job**

The job holder holds an important public relations role representing INSEAD to the participants through their pre-programme support, daily presence & assistance as well as at social events during the programme and personalized follow-up after the programme. S/he has to also establish, develop and maintain close relationships with the rest of the programme management team to help develop the programme specificities leading to greater client satisfaction.

**Your role within the team**
- Negotiate with external suppliers and supervises the services provided to ensure quality, efficiency and value
- High level quality programme delivery to participants
- Assess and decide with the Scheduling team and faculty the facilities requirements
- Determine priorities, deal with last minute changes
- Regularly communicate with the programme management team (the counterparts) to align the communication to the participants
- Working in collaboration with the various stakeholders to determine the specifications of the programme, the job holder is responsible for ensuring participants receive all pedagogical material
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive and effective filing and archive system (both electronic and hard-paper copy archives, programme and faculty glossaries)
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong interpersonal communication with a diplomatic approach to diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative within set time frames
- Comfort and flexibility in a challenging and ever-changing environment
- Self-motivation and autonomy while being a collaborative team player
- Ability to work under pressure and set priorities effectively
- Proactivity in demonstrating creative, innovative, and service-oriented problem-solving approaches
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly within the Microsoft suite
- Availability for international travel as needed
