Team leader de l'équipe Service Client Europe du Sud - rattaché(e) au Manager Service Client Europe du Sud

Mission

Vous maîtrisez les fonctions du poste d’Assistant Commercial(e) ADV (cf annexe).

En tant que Chef d'équipe, vous êtes chargé(e) d'offrir une expérience client de grande qualité et un soutien quotidien auprès de l'équipe Service Client, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les régions commerciales (France, Espagne/Portugal/Afrique du Nord, Italie) pour fournir un soutien quotidien sur des projets complexes dans les secteurs du bâtiment, de l’hôtellerie, des marchés publics, de l’éducation, des magasins, du transport et de la santé.

Le Team leader de l'équipe Service Client Europe du Sud occupe un rôle axé sur le client et auto-motivé par une passion pour fournir un service client de qualité et résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et efficiente. Vous êtes la « voix du client » au sein de l’entreprise, défendant et dirigeant l’amélioration continue du service fourni, tout en évaluant et en mettant en œuvre les procédures en place au sein de l’entreprise, de bout en bout.
