**Pour un Client, start up éditrice de logiciels pour l'aviation**, vos missions seront les suivantes:
**Missions**
- Mettre en relation les passagers et les pilotes et aider les passagers à trouver le vol idéal et à décoller,
- Améliorer l'expérience des passagers en recueillant leurs commentaires et en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de développement,
- Aider à convertir les réservations annulées en réservations acceptées grâce au succès client.

Autres missions du Customer Relations Officer:

- Travailler avec l'équipe de la relation client pour mettre en place des stratégies communes,
- Travailler avec l'équipe de réussite des pilotes français et l'équipe marketing,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable des relations clients.

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience de la relation client B2C dans le e-commerce
- Français langue maternelle et bon niveau en anglais (C1 minimum)
- Bonnes compétences en communication : très bonnes compétences écrites, à l'aise au téléphone.
- Intérêt marqué pour le monde des start-up
- La passion de l'aviation est un atout majeur
