Overall Purpose:
Supporting the overall in-region people strategy, the Apprentice - Human Resources Projects focuses for the

French-based entities on:

- providing support on HR projects and HR data management
- improving processes and the communication related to a broad range of the employment lifecycle including

training, engagement initiatives and risks preventions activities.

The position holder works in under the responsibility of the Country HRBP and in partnership with other Global HR

Team members and managers. The scope of the HR action is related to the two entities based in France.

As an active member of the Verizon Team through the world, the person will also ensure working effectively in line

with Verizon’s Code of Conduct and the organizational culture.

This position provides an intensive, fast track development opportunity for an early-in-career people professional

seeking to progress into a Human Resources Business Partner or Projects position internally or externally.

Le/la Chargé/e de mission et projets RH en alternance contribue à soutenir la stratégie globale en matière de
ressources humaines dans la région en participant plus précisément dans le contexte des entités françaises aux
projets RH et à l’amélioration des processus relatifs au cycle de vie de l'emploi, à la formation, au développement de
l’engagement ainsi qu’à la prévention des risques.
Le titulaire du poste travaille sous la responsabilité du HRBP du pays et en partenariat avec d'autres membres et
responsables de l'équipe RH EMEA. Le périmètre d’action comprend deux entités en France.
En tant que collaborateur/trice Verizon à travers le monde, la personne veillera à travailler efficacement dans le
respect du code de conduite de Verizon et de la culture de l'organisation, incarnant les valeurs et assurant la
confidentialité relative à ses responsabilités.
Ce poste constitue une opportunité de développement rapide pour un/e professionnel/le en début de carrière qui
souhaite évoluer vers un poste opérationnel ou projets en ressources humaines.

Job responsibilities:
HR Projects’ support & HR data management for each entity:

- support the stakeholders in projects’ planning management, administrative activities, data collection,

data crunching, reporting and communication. Projects can be related to organizational change, HRIS

Improvement, legal change,
- develop the country HR reporting, dashboard and infography for the different stakeholders in France in

respect of Training, performance/development interviews, absences, BDESE, DUERP.
- Risk management and well-being at work : participate in designing and implementing the prevention’s

action plan.

Process Improvement:

- Contribute to a detailed diagnosis of the current policies and processes. Propose improvement and

initiatives to raise awareness and gain efficiency.
- Proactively propose communication initiatives and opportunities to improve people management

standards, employee experiences, and / or employee engagement levels.
- Manage the HR communication on various support (GDrive, Group intranet, Slack)
- Participate in core-processes implementation and regular activity : performance, salary review, people

development, administration of employement

Soutien aux projets RH & gestion des données RH pour chaque entité:

- soutenir les parties prenantes dans la gestion et la planification des projets, les activités administratives,

la collecte et le traitement des données, le reporting et la communication. Les projets peuvent être liés à

des changements organisationnels, à l'amélioration du SIRH, à des changements juridiques,
- développer le reporting RH pays, le tableau de bord et l'infographie pour les différentes parties

prenantes en France en ce qui concerne la formation, les entretiens de performance/développement, les

absences, la BDESE, le DUERP.
- Gestion des risques et bien-être au travail : participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre du plan

d'action de la prévention.

Amélioration des processus:

- Contribuer à un diagnostic détaillé des politiques et processus actuels. Proposer des améliorations et

des initiatives pour sensibiliser et gagner en efficacité.
- Proposer de manière proactiv
