**Role Overview**:
Botify is evolving into an AI-powered, GEO-centric SaaS platform—and the Office of the CEO is at the center of this transformation.

As **Strategic Initiatives Manager**, you’ll join a small, high-impact team that partners directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and business leaders to drive Botify’s most critical strategic and operational priorities. You’ll act as an internal strategy consultant and program manager, translating the company’s vision into measurable impact across functions and regions.

You’ll help orchestrate Botify’s transformation programs—from GEO enablement and pricing evolution to AI integration and organizational scale—ensuring every initiative is aligned, tracked, and delivered with excellence.

**Your responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Strategic & Transformation Initiatives**
- Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that are essential to Botify’s growth and transformation (e.g., GEO migration, pricing strategy, go-to-market optimization, operational scalability).
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Ensure collaboration and accountability across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
- Build structured reporting and governance frameworks to monitor impact and execution.

**2. Support Strategic Planning & Corporate Alignment**
- Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles in partnership with the CEO and VP, Transformation Officer.
- Help cascade the company strategy into departmental OKRs and initiatives.
- Identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities to accelerate delivery across the organization.
- Facilitate alignment through well-structured exec meetings, offsites, and internal communications.

**3. Deliver Strategic Analysis & Decision Support**
- Conduct strategic and financial analyses to inform key decisions (e.g., business cases, competitive assessments, pricing models, M&A evaluation).
- Prepare Board and Executive Committee materials, ensuring clarity and strategic coherence.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to the CEO and executive team on priority projects.

**4. Strengthen Execution & Communication within the Office of the CEO**
- Support internal communication programs (all-hands, strategic updates, newsletters) that drive transparency and alignment.
- Synthesize and simplify complex information for leadership-level communication.
Help the Office of the CEO act as a “force multiplier,” ensuring that strategic priorities translate into organizational results.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: 4-6 years in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles—preferably within high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
- **Strategic Operator**: Comfortable balancing structured problem-solving with operational execution.
- **Analytical**: Strong business acumen and financial modeling skills; able to distill insights from data and communicate implications clearly.
- **Cross-Functional Influencer**: High EQ and collaboration skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- **Communicator**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both English and French.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
