- What you'll do- Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leadership at advertising agencies and advertising brands
- Opening the door for new opportunities by communicating to clients the value we can offer across different channels and diversifying our offering. An expert in our solution set; market differentiators and platform.
- Drive revenue independently and manage a portfolio of business consisting of both agency and brand direct clients who are leveraging TTD’s API’s
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
- Project manage custom builds through their lifecycle, managing stakeholders across commercial and technical teams at TTD, and on the client side
- Work collectively with Business Development, Technical Account Management and Solutions Architects to develop solutions built on TTD platform
- Develop a deep technical understanding of The Trade Desk platform, competitive positioning, and an informed view of the value chain within programmatic advertising
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and platform functionality but also be able to think on a more macro-level and develop messaging which factors in the wider industry and trends
- Develop commercial models for API based opportunities and lead go-to-market strategy alongside key internal stakeholders
- Be an advocate for Custom Solutions/API based opportunities within TTD on a global scale. Work alongside product marketing and commercial activations to produce go-to-market materials.- Who you are-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
-A wealth of experience in online advertising in outbound sales
-Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising roles
-Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with senior levels and establish long-standing, consultative client relationships
-Have the ability to explain technically complex concepts in simple terms and devise a clear path forward that is easy to grasp for a varied audience with different levels of technical knowledge
-Existing relationships with decision-makers at major holding companies is a plus
-Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
-An inspirational leader with strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach. Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others
-Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups
-Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
-Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
-Able to travel occasionally for business and internal meetings
-Combination of creative and technical mindset. Experienced in and capable of creating and selling a vision for a product that does not yet exist.
