YOUR MISSIONS
As a Startup Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring startups associated with the ZEBOX headquarters on a daily basis. You will assist the Head of Startup in daily activities related to the smooth running of the startup/scale-up support programs. You will ensure that startups have the resources and support they need to succeed.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You conduct the search for startups that meet the criteria of the ZEBOX programs.
You manage the dealflow (via Airtable).
You analyze markets and sectors.
You conduct interviews with entrepreneurs to understand their needs.
You support ZEBOX startups daily to help them start and grow their business: help with writing and evaluating the business plan, market analysis, preparation for fundraising, development with suppliers and customers.
You provide regular reporting on the progress of the startups you support.
You produce, organize, and maintain internal and external materials: pitch decks, startup sheets, summaries for partners.
You proactively identify the needs of startups and respond to them.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Innovation, Business Creation, or Business Management, or an engineering school (with a business focus).
Experience in a startup or venture capital would be a plus.
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the startup world.
You possess financial, analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
You have an excellent business sense, a good understanding of the startup lifecycle and its needs.
You are capable of identifying and analyzing market trends to spot business opportunities for startups.
You have the ability to support multidisciplinary teams.
Your English is fluent, with skills in reading and writing technical documentation in English.
