You join the Compensation & Benefits team of the Human Resources Division and play a key role in implementing Natixis CIB’s remuneration policies. You work closely with HR teams in France and internationally, providing your expertise and coordinating the compensation processes. More specifically, you are responsible for managing deferred variable remuneration and identifying and managing risk-takers.
On a daily basis, your tasks include:
- Managing deferred variable compensation: You will be responsible for the analysis, monitoring and communication of variable remuneration structures, ensuring their transparency and understanding within the organization;
- Valuing deferred buybacks: You will evaluate deferred pay buybacks (buyouts) for external recruitments, to facilitate the integration of new employees while respecting our remuneration policy;
- Identify and manage risk takers: You will be responsible for the identification and management of risk takers within the team (MRT CRD V, Front Office Markets) in accordance with regulatory requirements, our remuneration policy and market practices.
You will also be required to produce ad hoc reports, contribute to compensation studies and participate in annual salary review exercises.

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in similar functions, ideally in an international environment.
You are proficient:
- The investment banking system and remuneration mechanisms;
- The Office pack, especially Excel, to build, manipulate and analyze complex tables with ease.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Autonomous, rigorous and strong proposal;
- Recognized for your organizational skills and team spirit;
- Customer-oriented.
You master English with a C1 level.
