**MISSIONS**:
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, the EMEA Retail Director is in charge of the retail channel : Our most premium and experiential outlets, operated as owned stores or concessions across the region (France, UK, Germany).
Creating a bond between stores and headquarter, his/her role will be to ensure a strong performance of our Devialet retail (11 POS) and support the Store Managers in reaching their quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Delivering the profitability of the different points of sales, ensuring a clear and impactful customer journey and harmonizing best practices among the stores will be key to perform in this journey with Devialet.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the sales objectives of the stores are achieved, with a management of resources/costs in line with the standards and requirements of the Company
- Embodying Devialet’s values on a daily basis and therefore adopt an exemplary attitude to reflect them (consumer centricity, thinking big, ownership, humility, developing talents)
- Directly managing the different Store Managers
- Supervising, in conjunction with the Store Managers, the planning of working hours, time off, paid holidays and any overtime for the employees of the various sales outlets in accordance with the legal framework
- Understanding performance in an analytical manner: P&L (profit and loss) - KPI (Conversion Rate, UPT, average purchase ticket...). All of this trying to understand best practices in order to replicate them in other channels and become the reference point in terms of customer experience and conversion.
- Supervising & coordinating recruitments, accompany the field teams in the process and train the Store Managers, Store Managers Assistants & Sales Associates
- Ensuring the development of skills among the resources and getting the best potential from the employees by enhancing their skills, in person and through 360 Learning
- Develop the various sales action plans in line with the company's sales strategy, explain them and monitor their implementation and success.
**PROFILE**:
- 5 to 8 years experience as a Retail Manager in a premium/luxury brand, ideally with an omni-channel organization.
- An owner, result driven with a constructive, can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills : Leader, listener, and good communicant
- Data driven with a good Excel knowledge
- Leadership to guide the teams towards the defined objectives;
- Fluent in French, English (German fluency would be a real plus)
