Strategic Analyst

Within the Credit and Lifestyle Protection (CLP) Department of AXA Partners France, we are looking for a **Strategic Analyst F/H**. Position based in Châtillon (92).

Within this department, reporting to the Head Of Strategy, and in liaison with the Technical, Operations and Digital Departments, you will be responsible for steering the strategy of CLP. As such, your responsibilities will be to:

- Contribute to the definition of our strategic plan (optimization of our value proposition for the partner and the end customer and of our geographical focus, identification of new growth levers)
- Assist in the coordination of its proper execution through the animation of workstream
- Actively participate in the management of the offer (market watch, feasibility studies / business cases, support for deployment in project mode)
- Coordinate/monitor the proper execution of key initiatives defined in the annual plan
- Conduct internal and external research: market players, value chain, customer expectations, products and services offered by our competitors, regulatory environment, through all relevant sources: existing internal studies, market data, public data, financial reports, field players, customer studies...
- Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate information, challenge our approach and our results
- Synthesize results into appropriate deliverables to convey the most important messages
- Participate in the communication / mobilization of teams around the defined strategy
- Accompany the deployment of the roadmap: define the projects to be carried out, drive the scoping, accompany the work in project mode and cross functional, monitor and accompany the progress.

Depending on your seniority, you will work directly with the managers of the various departments and will be able to manage your own projects from the moment you join us, or do it gradually with the support of your manager.

- Professional command of English and French
- Team spirit, listening skills and curiosity
- Ability to influence teams, capitalize on expertise and get things done
- Customer orientation
- Ability to analyze a large volume of information while maintaining a certain level of perspective
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of the insurance and pension industries is a plus

**Diplomas and level of experience required**
- 5 years of higher education in management, engineering or equivalent
- 2 years experience in strategy and/or marketing strategy in a consulting firm or insurance company (including work-study experience)
