As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. You'll make processes more efficient and scalable, work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations, and proactively minimize operational risk. Externally, you collaborate with our extended workforce partners and internally, you will collaborate across the multiple areas of the Financial Operations team. The Internal Compliance and Assurance team protects, guides, and grows Google’s investment in Google Cloud. We design and maintain policies to provide assurance that Google Cloud transactions are signed and approved by authorized employees. We implement and test controls that mean the data used on our financial reporting is complete, accurate, timely, and reliable. We work both on paper, documenting procedures and requirements, and in real life, testing that work is performed effectively. As a Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for Google Cloud agreements for our Google Cloud France entity. You’ll provide vital support to our Sales organization in closing critical customer and partner deals, whilst ensuring that we comply with Google’s commitment and signature Authority Policy. You'll also manage the governance process for Google Cloud commercial agreement templates. This role will require on-call work on weekends and holidays on a recurring basis. The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee signature and activation of all Google Cloud France agreements, acting as an authorized signatory of the company. - Oversee agreement operations for Google Cloud France Commercial Agreements, including quarterly business close procedures and on-call rosters, and continuous improvement of signature procedures. - Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting day to day agreement operations, including policy queries, contract execution delays, and non-standard signature requests. - Manage the governance process for Google Cloud commercial agreement templates, leading cross-functional review procedures and ensuring adequate referencing, operationalization, and archiving aligned to Google Cloud Go-To-Market activities.
