Founded in 2018, **Focustribes** is a young company specialized in Management Consulting, Transformation, and IT Reorganization of large companies. We rely on our hand-picked community of consultants in France, Spain, and across Europe.

We are looking for our future Talent Acquisition Assistant to help us develop our business in France and Spain.

**The mission**:
Within Focustribes, you will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and animate the consultant's community through the following missions:
**Participation in responding to customer calls for tender**:

- Writing and publishing offers on our job boards
- Capturing CVs on various job desks
- Identification of profiles and creation of short-lists
- Creation in our back office
- Creation of marketing automation campaigns

**Community development**:

- Monitoring of consultant's accreditation process:

- References
- Profile creation on our platform
- Reporting
- Participation in cross-functional internal development projects (HR, Marketing, Communication)

**Your profile**:

- You have a 2/3-year higher education qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree (Assistant Manager, HR, etc.)
- You have a good level of English
- You're a reliable, committed person who cares about doing the right thing
- You are rigorous, organized, and have good interpersonal skills
- Internship duration: Up to 12 months (6 months minimum)

**Start date: ASAP**
