Nous recherchons un Product Designer senior pour accompagner notre équipe produit

**Ta mission là dedans ?**
- Contribuer à la Discovery (du cadrage du besoin à la définition de la solution en passant par des tests utilisateurs)
- Assister les équipes de développement lors de la Delivery
- Maintenir et enrichir notre Design System
- Concevoir et produire des maquettes & prototypes
- Émettre des recommandations UX et définir des parcours utilisateurs
- Être le garant de la qualité du Produit livré tant dans son design UX/UI
- Animer les ateliers collaboratifs (design sprints, design reviews, atelier d’idéation, de validation) en présentiel et à distance
- Faire de la veille design et la partager avec le reste de l’équipe

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu justifies de minimum 5 ans d’expériences en tant que Product Designer
- Tu as au moins une expérience sur du SaaS BtoB
- Tu es curieux-se et t’intéresse aux nouvelles pratiques Design
- Tu adoptes une approche User Centric et appliques les bonnes pratiques du métier (Design Thinking)
- Tu maitrises des logiciels de conception graphique (ex : Figma, XD, Sketch, MIRO, MURAL etc, )
- Tu comprends les enjeux et maitrises les méthodes de gestion de projet agile
- Tu as le sens du service client, la fibre business, et tu es orienté-e solution
- Tu sais travailler en équipe et tu as un esprit entrepreneurial développé

**Ce que nous t'offrons**:

- Une expérience en clientèle (CSM, onboarding, account management, sales )

- Entre 40 et 50k euros fixe brut selon le profil
