**About the Team**:
Team’s mission is to create the best Support products (Helpdesk, Automate & Phone) to empower Brands to deliver an exception customer experience to their shoppers.

Success of the team is measured by the quality (ie CSAT) & efficiency (ie Automation Rate) of the service that brands that use our support suite of products.

These products produce the bulk of revenue, the fastest growing in our offering & what Gorgias’s brand is known for.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work with large SaaS code bases that span across multiple services.
- Streaming data pipelines on top of Kafka.
- Advanced analytics workloads on top of Clickhouse and Cube.
- Software architecture design and review experience with close collaboration of Staff/Principle engineers.
- Manage multiple teams in a 100+ engineering organization.

**Who You Are**:

- Years of software engineering experience: 20+
- Experience as Senior Director/VPE: 2y minimum. Ideally 3y+
- Experience as Senior Software engineer: 7y minimum, ideally 10y+
- Technologies: Python, Java (Flink), Typescript, Postgres, Kafka.
- Background: Has been a senior software engineer in the past.
